Our dedicated Property Development division is made up of two teams who offer clients a tailored service.
The first team, dedicated to land acquisition, has four objectives:
- Securing the acquisition of the land following a careful analysis of the environmental risks, operational planning constraints and the seller's property rights;
- Negotiating the pre-contract of sale with individual owners and developers and finding pragmatic solutions;
- Planning future operations by working alongside the surveyor and architect to complete planning applications, to manage land divisions issues, to deal with easements, and to set up management tools to ensure the organisation of the real estate complex;
The second team, which deals with off-plan (VEFA) property sales, is centred around specialised lawyers who provide the appointments for contract signature within managed timeframes and offer quality reporting and real-time monitoring of the marketing operation through a dedicated on-line platform.
Recognised for its structured off-plan (VEFA) service and its know-how, the Office Notarial Paris République also works with social housing landlords in their development operations or restructuring their assets.
